The Executive Committee further ordered that 50% concession is granted to all students from LADC Area and 40% concession for former MPs, MLAs, MDCs, Accredited Journalists from LADC Area and existing Members of Village Council under LADC, only on production of valid Identity Card or Letter of Authority duly issued by General Administration & Control Department or any other competent authority. And free lodging is granted to all first tem MDCs (1972-1976)
