The List of prescribed textbooks for Primary and Middle Schools is published as follows. In addition to the SCERT prescribed textbooks, LAICA shall be mandatory in all LADC affiliated Schools.
PRIMARY SCHOOL (MIZO MEDIUM)
Pre-Class: Tawng (Zirtirh Bu), Namber (Nambar Bu).
* Class I: Mizo (Kumtluang-1 Revise & Update), English (Rhythm), Mathematics (Joyful Mathematics - 1 Mizo).
* Class II: Mizo (Kumtluang - 2 Revise & Update), English (Rhythm), Mathematics (Joyful Mathematics - 2 Mizo).
* Class III: Mizo (Kumtluang - 3 Revise & Update), English (Starlight Strings), Mathematics (Maths Fest - III Mizo), Min hual veltu (Kan Chenna Khawvel).
* Class IV: Mizo (Kumtluang - 4), English (Merigold - 4), Mathematics (Math Magic - 4 Mizo Version), Min hual veltu (Hawi vel ila - 4).
PRIMARY SCHOOL (ENGLISH MEDIUM)
* Pre-Class: Tawng (Zirtirh Bu), Namber (Nambar Bu).
* Class I: Mizo (Kumtluang - I Revise & Update), English (Rhythm), Mathematics (Joyful Mathematics - I English).
* Class II: Mizo (Kumtluang - 2 Revise & Update), English (Rhythm), Mathematics (Joyful Mathematics - 2 English).
* Class III: Mizo (Kumtluang-3 Revise & Update), English (Starlight Strings), Mathematics (Maths Fest - III English), The World Around Us (Our Wondrous World), Hindi (Hindi Sarita - 3).
* Class IV: Mizo (Kumtluang - 4), English (Merigold - 4), Mathematics (Math Magic - 4 English Version), The World Around Us (Looking around - 4), Hindi (Jyotirmay - 4).
MIDDLE SCHOOL (CLASSES V - VIII)
